Attorney Srividya Krishnamurthy is an immigration attorney with over 20 years of experience. She was born in Chennai, India and moved to the United States in 1998. Ms. Krishnamurthy worked for major law firms in New York City prior to establishing her own practice in 2009. She was an Associate attorney with Menon & Posner, Esq. for 5 years. She then worked as an Associate Attorney in the Immigration Practice Group at Goetz Fitzpatrick, LLP. Subsequently, she became Of-Counsel for the Immigration Practice Group at Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs, LLP before setting up her own practice.
She is also a Legal Volunteer at Sri Ranganatha Temple in NY and at Sri Ramanuja Mission in NJ. She currently practices immigration law in Chapel Hill, NC. Ms.
Krishnamurthy received her LL.B. from Mysore University, India, where she graduated first in the University, and received an LL.M. from the University of San Diego. She is admitted to New York State Bar and has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association since 2007.
She is proficient in English, Tamil, Hindi and conversational Kannada and Malayalam. Being an immigrant herself, she is cognizant of all the trials and tribulations of the immigration process and strives to make it as smooth as possible for her clients.
